Purpose: to arrange and confirm your appointment with the practice.
Legal basis: the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Retention period: data relating to appointment bookings is retained for a period of 3 years from the date of your last contact with the practice.
